所有中国境内实验室（中资、外资、合资、民营、国资无例外），均被认定为“非互惠国家实验室”，其出具的FCC测试报告，过渡期结束后将完全不被美国认可。

覆盖产品包括手机、电脑、相机、路由器、物联网设备、网络通信设备等所有带射频发射功能的出口美国电子设备。

资质清退规则Accreditation Revocation Rules

国内目前约170家已获FCC认可的实验室，将设置2年过渡期逐步分批清退资质，过渡期期满后资质永久失效，无续期、豁免可能。
Approximately 170 laboratories currently holding FCC recognition in China will be subject to a two-year transition period for gradual, batch-by-batch revocation of their accreditation. Once the transition period concludes, the accreditation will permanently expire with no possibility of renewal or exemption.

配套扶持政策Supporting Incentive Policies

同步设立“信任实验室绿色通道”：美国本土、与美国签署MRA互认协议国家的实验室，审批流程大幅简化、认证周期缩短，引导全球检测订单向美及盟友国家回流。
A "Trusted Laboratory Fast-Track Channel" is being established simultaneously: laboratories located in the U.S. or in countries that have signed Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) with the U.S. will benefit from significantly streamlined approval processes and shortened certification cycles, guiding global testing orders to flow back to the U.S. and allied countries.
